2016′ The Paiva river boardwalk

The Paiva river boardwalk (Passadiços do Paiva) is a 8 km one-way hiking trail in the mountains of Arouca (my hometown), a small town located 1 hour drive from Porto city. The trail closely follows the path of the Paiva river, the destination of choice for white water rafting and kayaking in Portugal.  Since its opening, the Passadiços do Paiva have been a huge success in the social networks and it’s currently one of the most visited places in the north of Portugal.
